Attached, please find one of the actual announcements originally printed by Ford Motor Company and distributed worldwide, recently found at the Ford Archives in Greenfield Village, Dearborn, Michigan. During the course of our research we also located General Letter No. 1575, dated March 4, 1925 announcing the new Pick-Up Body and detailing its release to dealerships. ……"Our dealers should be very well pleased with this new job as its low price and sturdy construction, having all steel sides and back, should prove very popular to users of this type of body and result in a substantial increase in our commercial business with consequent increased profits to dealers and at the same time further facilitate their handling of this end of their business. The body is well adapted to all kinds of light hauling and quick delivery being 41" wide, 57" long, 13" deep to flare and weighing 156 pounds."
